Club Wyndham Riverside Suites

We had a great view of The Riverwalk from the 4 windows of our suite on the 4th floor. It's a busy place day and night. We walked most places as the resort is near many attractions. We walked to restaurants, Tower of the Americas, and The Alamo. Of course, being just above The Riverwalk meant music late at night. It didn't keep us from going to sleep. The staff were super friendly and attentive, greeting us every time we left or returned. We received an invitation to a "meeting", but there was no high pressure or phone calls pestering us. We ate out at least once every day, but you could cook as long as you don't need an oven. Accommodation was cancelled at exactly 24-hour notice as they apparently reached maximum capacity and cancelled our reservation without alternative arrangements. The reservation was made 3 months in advance, and money was already taken. This is unacceptable and nearly left us without a place to stay with the family. Will never use Wyndham and booking.com again for future bookings.

Our stay here was great! The rooms are spacious, clean, with a great view. We brought a sound machine to deal with the late night nose and it worked wonderful. There is no amenities like we are used to but being so close to everything made up for that. Parking is a disaster. We didn't want to leave because the thought of having to park again was crazy. Everyone at the front desk was delightful. We plan on coming back next year!

Review for Wyndham Club San Antonio Riverwalk I had an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience due to one of your sales representatives named Jesse. While walking near the property, I was aggressively approached about a timeshare/hotel stay. After clearly declining multiple times, Jesse continued to follow me, becoming increasingly pushy and confrontational. I finally had to tell him, “Walk away before this turns ugly,” just to get him to stop and leave me alone. About 10 seconds later, I turned around to get his name and the company information. At that point, he was high-fiving his coworkers and laughing as if provoking me was some kind of success. That behavior alone was shocking. We stayed here for just under a week. Having stayed at multiple other resorts, we are all in agreeance that this was a clean place to stay but the rooms are small and lack amenities such as in room laundry. They ran out of parking passes but were kind enough to compensate for that. The staff were great to us and very responsive when we asked for anything. This place is not on the best street but very centrally located and walkable to restaurants and the river walk.
