Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia

Located centrally in Rittenhouse Square this Hotel is a great value compared to the surrounding hotels. Parking can be a challenge as they do not have their own parking garage but they do provide a discount for a local parking garage about a block away. The rooms provide what you need. They are well thought out and designed. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of outlets to charge your devices. The bathroom was clean and updated. The only drawback being that the physical size of the bathroom left something to be desired. But in a city hotel, not a big issue. Overall, I would come back and stay should I need to return to the Philadelphia area.

Positive: Cleanliness and nice staff. Negative: Very small room. Very small bathroom. No place to store clothes. No bathroom counterboard space to store bathroom necessities and makeup. Toilet in the way no room to move. Shower was small. Told there was a microwave and refrigerator in room was not.

Had an amazing time spending the long weekend in Philly. Club Quarters is in a great location to do as much as you can in a short amount of time. The front staff is friendly and professional. They were responsive to anything I needed. I had a room on the 11th floor that was perfectly clean and the bed was so comfortable! Large desk space for working.||They had water bottles on every floor, and I used their free washer dryer last night before heading to my next location. ||Would stay here again. Highly recommend particularly for a solo travelled or folks traveling for business. Definitely a charmer and an upgrade from Holiday Inn or Marriott Express.

The hotel wasn’t terrible, but there are several things to be aware of before booking. Be prepared for high parking fees, as the hotel does not offer on-site parking. Parking in the area averages about $50 per night. The hotel does provide a 20% discount voucher for a specific parking lot located about a block away, which helps a bit. The rooms are small, and unfortunately the bathroom had a urine smell, which was disappointing. There is no in-room coffee or microwave. If you want coffee, you have to go down to the lobby. There is a small Keurig machine, but only if you bring your own pods. On the positive side, the coffee and water service in the lobby was decent, the customer service was okay, and the bed was comfortable. Fantastic stay!! We checked in on the 14th and dipped on the 16th. The staff is by far the most resepctful, courteous and just greatest ive met in awhile and I travel the country all year long. The hotel is clean. The hotel lobby is quaint and cozy with a free coffee bar. The elevators are small but who cares. They run well and get you to your floor in no time. I stayed in room 815. Although the view was nothing to write home about, the room was worth writing about. Quiet, cute and quaint. Big enough for 2 people to not feel like you're being suffocated, small enough to be perfect for a 2 day stay. We really enjoyed the hotel location which was in the center of everything you need within walking distance. Again, the staff was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars
