CLOSED-Red Roof Inn Houston - Westchase

Asked for no room service. Cleaning attendants were very rude and loud. I come in later and see a towel I never used on the bed. The next day a dirty towel on the towel rack. As a business owner I am very observant. So I placed a bottle behind the door so is would tip over once entered and once I arrived back in the bottle had been moved. I feel they have good intentions just not my top choice.

Had to switch my room 3 times. I mind my business but there was a lot of weird activity. Didn’t really feel safe (even with cameras). Woke up to a roach. Bedding not clean, bathrooms not clean, holes in walls and it smells. All front desk lady to speak to manager she said she’s in charge. I explained what happened and she said she will look into it and call me back…. Hmmm!! If you have children I wouldn’t recommend.

I've had a decent experience there once. Stayed for a week and returned for another week because of the first time but unfortunately I think that will be my last and I'll never recommend the place unfortunately. The first time I was received by a pleasant person and the room was clean. The second time the room was still clean but while checking in and the next morning it all changed when I met 2 particular individuals one after the other. There are 2 employees there equipped with the most disgusting attitude a person could display in this profession. The bald man and the woman with red died hair. She is the worst and I'm not sure how she's still employed. She may just be the sole reason why this place changes management. If you can't respect people because they're respectful to you and it'

This isn't the best but it's not the worse! I stay here a lot due to business and will always come back. The front people have always been really helpful and super nice, it seems like house keeping comes at least every other day so the rooms are always clean. Also, I never seen any roaches, I was at the intown suites and they had a horrible nasty roach problem and this is why I came to the red roof. I never had a issue with anyone here so I'm always comfortable. Also, the price is really reasonable.

The rooms are nice. Customer service could improve some. This hotel offers no washer and dryers. When my child had an accident and a replacement blanket was asked for the front service attendant claimed not to have extra or have access to any. Which is a load of poo. Even though the rooms are nice I most likely will not staying here again.
