The Close To Heaven RV Park is a must if you plan to RV camp in Silverton. This park has the best views, is quiet and clean but is still close to the shopping and dining. It is also walking distance to see the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge train coming into town at midday or leaving a few hours later.
This is more of an extended stay RV Park. However, maybe if you ask nicely and they have the space they will let you stay for shorter stay of several nights.
Quiet, clean, amazing view, full hook ups, easy access but off the main street which is great!!
Awesome views, Great spots, only a few blocks from town!!!
