Clarion Pointe Savannah Gateway I-95

When reading all of the reviews over time, I can tell you several improvements have been made. The value is comparable to Holiday Inn. This is a four star review. The owners or the hotel chain specifically need to install kiosks here that you can check in at. There is a group of vicious people that tell the workers here to engage in behaviors that are cruel and at times abusive towards me. Sometimes the workers go along with it. Sometimes I get cruelty and sometimes I get great customer service. The owner addresses it at times. The final step is simply a kiosk. Since I have been here, India now has India Uber and I believe the fourth largest economy in the world. An entire continent is being blessed because I am staying here. So the owners are wise in hosting me here. I personally like

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. The room had black mold growing on the ceiling — completely unsafe, especially for anyone with severe allergies. We had to leave for our health and safety.||The front desk lied, the manager hides and refuses to talk to guests over phone to remediate the situation, and after a month and a half of chasing them, they still refused to refund money for a room that was literally dangerous to stay in.||This place is a health hazard, a scam, and a complete disgrace. Avoid at all costs — you’re better off sleeping in your car than stepping foot in this dump (which we literally did).

We left due to health concerns. The front office staff was dishonest, and the manager refused to speak with us directly, constantly avoiding phone calls. After a month and a half of back and forth, they were still unwilling to issue a refund for a room that was clearly unsafe and uninhabitable. If you value your health, safety, and honesty in customer service, stay far away from this place.

Do not stay here. We booked two rooms from July 10-13 and ended up leaving the 12th at 11 pm for our 14 hour drive home early because we couldn’t stay there another second. Our toilet was broken the entire time, they told us three times they would fix it and never did. They gave us a hard time about requesting fresh towels. The breakfast is disgusting. The entire building smells like mildew. And they deactivated our key cards twice while we were staying there, claiming our phones did it… none of has our phones in the same location as the keys. This place is trash. Definitely cough up more for the holiday inn express.
