Clarion Pointe OKC Airport

Positive: Location and the hotel was quiet Negative: It wasn't very clean as I would expect. The toilet set didn't have hinges so would literally come off. The fire alarm is missing in the room. The TV did not work whatsoever. I asked from desk to refill the shampoo since it was empty and didn't do so.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. Upon arrival, I stood at the front desk for several minutes while the receptionist completely ignored me. She was focused on her cell phone and did not even acknowledge my presence. When she finally addressed me, she simply said “ID” — no greeting, no professionalism, no courtesy. As someone who has worked in law enforcement for many years, I have never seen even jail staff treat inmates with the level of disrespect I experienced as a paying guest. There was no explanation of breakfast hours, no information about Wi-Fi, no directions to the room — nothing. The pictures online do not match the location. It looks like customers are doing a lot of damage to the place. They said breakfast would be at 6, went down and there was just a sign saying no breakfast today. The bathroom had something running down the wall that was not cleaned off. The mirror had something on the back side running down. The wash cloth had lipstick or something on it. The room was to have a couch, it only had the chase part and was dirty. There was loud fighting or something out side that night. The clerk was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were nice! Check in time was supposed to be 3 but got there and there weren't any clean rooms?! Bed was comfortable but dang the pillows sucked didn't get any sleep! But the balcony was amazing
