Customer Reviews
Wonderful boutique hotel owned by Hilton. The room layout is well thought out. Great touches like real glasses and coffee mugs (ice machine on floor 2). New tech TV. The staff are warm and inviting. Comfy wine reception from 5-6pm. Cal's bar in the lobby that serves delicious fresh juices. Cool neighborhood with many walkable bars and restaurants. Pleasant stay!
This adorable hotel was absolutely a perfect choice for a recent girls trip into the city. The location was amazing, close to some great bars and food. The parking garage is literally next door so that was super convenient. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were so helpful and friendly (even when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room).
Positive: The wine and popcorn social hour. Staff was pretty friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The fact that there was a $10 daily credit on food. And free bottled waters per day. Negative: I had to take a cold shower but when brought to their attention it was fixed swiftly. Also they should gage Vern more transparent about the deposit and destination fee. I was not supposed to gd charged an extra $125 when I got to the hotel I prepaid.
Very friendly and accommodating staff on arrival. Room was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Loved the daily text from the front desk checking on us. And they were very responsive when I texted them with questions. Cal’s was great for a quick bite to eat (with Vegan options) or a drink before turning in. Loved the wine and popcorn hour. Neighborhood was adorable! Butch McQuires was a favorite bar/restaurant for us. Walgreens within walking distance. Ubers within 2 minutes.
Solid mid-range hotel with a quiet, residential feel. The location is convenient, close to the lake and within walking distance of shopping, dining, and museums. The building has a classic look and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not flashy or high end, but comfortable and functional. Service is generally friendly and efficient, and the vibe feels more relaxed than many downtown hotels. A good choice if you want a comfortable base without paying luxury prices. Not memorable, but perfectly fine for a city stay.
