Claremont Inn

The facility and location are both iconic and beautiful. I do not like to bash people/businesses on the internet. But the quality of service is not on par with what you'd expect. The staff simply hasn't been trained well enough which creates a disconnect between the price point and the experience a customer has while staying here. Think it's something that's fixable though, so hoping for the best.

Tell me that I cannot have guest in my room. I can understand having a group or 2 or more people coming in out of the room. For the money I spent I should be able to have at least I guess with no questions being asked. And furthermore they were just coming for a minute not staying the night with me

Loved the hotel and location. They treated us well and are very accommodating to their guest. They will help you to the best of their ability. Front desk guy helped me out with directions. It is really very quiet and safe place, definitely will come back to this place when in town!

My son was asked to leave after asking for Wi-Fi code. He he only 18. Gave the man at the front desk no problem. So I go to ask the man the problem and why my son had to leave and he said because it was policy. Now I have never heard n my live hear a hotel policy. That say the quest are not allowed to have a kid or family member rent or visit a guest room. If you are family out of town on a trip. These place wouldn’t be my first choice.

I was here for the weekend to go to Animazement 2013. It was a Nice quiet Hotel. My friend and I stayed there and enjoyed the good Air Conditioning, TV, and Mini fridge, Microwave and a Hair Dryer! The reclining chair in our room was comfortable. The beds were soft and comfortable and we stayed warm in our beds. It is close to the Convention Center (Less that 5 Minutes), and close to food: Such as Pizza, Taco Bell, Cookout etc. There is no breakfast or pool, but that wasn't necessary for such a good price!
