Hotel was in a great location close to Metro. Modern feel and stay. Service provided could be better. Technology use was a new fun experience. Room attentiveness could also be better, not everyone leaves the room on a vacation at 6-7am to be cleaned. We sleep in, get ready, remove Do not disturb and proceed with our day, expecting that when we get back everything will be in order on our nightly return to the hotel. Room feel was small but adequate for our trip. Overall we had a good time at this location.

After checking in, we were genuinely impressed with the room and the hotel overall. The room was very comfortable. The tablet that lets you control the blinds, lights (including brightness and color), climate, and even the TV was a huge plus and really elevated the experience👌🏽 I also want to mention that the bar in the evening — being able to sit down, have a cocktail, and grab some food — added a lot of comfort, and the breakfast in the morning was the perfect finishing touch.🙌 I definitely recommend it and will be staying here again.🤝

Positive: Checking out, although that too was ruined by four-block walk in the rain to nearst parking garage. Negative: There was nowhere to leave your car while checking in and nowhere to park overnight. So I had to park on walk one block to check in and park four blocks away to park overnight. This may have been worst business hotel experience out of hundreds.

Citizen m is like a home away from home. We are always greeted with the best customer service. Check in and out are always so simple. This was our first time at the Citizen M Noma location and it was great! The rooms are always cleaned to perfection and any needs are met by the staff. They have a restaurant and bar that are amazing and good breakfast selections. The only thing that would make this five stars is better parking availability but other than that this hotel is nothing short of comforting!!

The ambience, design, and décor of the hotel are beautiful. The hotel is very unique and has a cool, modern vibe. This past Wednesday, January 28, when I first checked in, the front desk agent—the lady with the puffy hair—didn’t explain much about the room amenities or the hotel overall. That’s a big no-no on her part. After checking in a guest, it’s important to explain details such as the Wi-Fi, how to access it, and other available amenities. I felt a bit rushed during the check-in process. As a former Marriott front desk agent, I know how important it is to mention amenities, Wi-Fi information, and whether the hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee.
