Customer Reviews
We stay here almost every time we visit family, at least twice a year. Rooms are always clean and very large. Mini fridge and microwave, TV and small table are standard. Water pressure is amazing in the shower but water can get VERY HOT, so adjust the water before you get in the shower. Walls are pretty thin so you will hear your neighbor talk or snore, we keep the room fan on for background noise and we sleep comfortably. Fresh complementary coffee every morning downstairs. Staff are ALWAYS so nice and welcoming. We have checked in at all hours including the middle of the night and each time, staff is ready to greet us. Parking is plenty and very well lit. They have a security company that patrols at night, we have never had an issue with our vehicle and I always feel safe going to my car
The room was comfortable and fairly clean. The shower was hard to control; very little water pressure and it took the water a long time to get hot. The casino is pitiful. The bowling alley was only open for about 4 hours a day during the week. The pool that was supposedly available was closed indefinitely. Had to change one of our rooms because the air conditioner was not working. One of our rooms did not have batteries in the smoke detector and neither of the rooms had enough toilet paper. Most of the staff was friendly and professional. Lots of pot smoking in and around the hotel, including some of the employees.
The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the water quality was disappointing as there was grey-colored water coming from both the tap and the shower. Additionally, the bathroom door did not have a lock, which was inconvenient.
We had a work conference at this hotel and the conference room held 50 comfortably. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a gym space with a couple of updated treadmills, a recumbent bike and an elliptical machine and a few barbels. Mariah at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with the conference and was very responsive and professional. Thank you so much, Mariah!
Weird smell about the entire facility, like stale pool water and cigarettes. The heater in the room was very loud and did not work that great so it had to kick on almost constantly. Price was pretty decent though.
