I had moved into this area for work and I rented a trailer unit at this RV park for 6 months (Aug. 2024 thru Feb. 2025) and I loved living there, I named my unit Bambi! Page, AZ was 20 minutes from me. There’s a gas station, Mexican grill, and Lake Powell 10 minutes away👌 Why did I move away again? 😅 Oh yeah I met someone💕 I loved how quiet it was, I lived alone with my senior dog and I felt safe there, plenty of ‘morning walk’ areas. I was able to park my car right in front of my unit, there were clean community showers and restrooms, as well as community washers and dryers. My landlords answered questions and made minor repairs I needed in a timely manner. My neighbors were quiet and friendly, the stars in the sky were breathtaking at night, I enjoyed living there. Avoid this place like the plague. It's trashed and hoarder-like. I lived there a year and a half and for most of it had a horrific mouse infestation that the owner thought was a joke. My bathroom flooded and his solution was to just drill holes in the floor. The RV I was renting had many big gaps that I constantly was irritated about because it felt like I was trying to heat the state of Utah in the winter and cool it in the summer. When I left I forgot my birth certificate and the owner found it. Instead of giving it to one of the SEVERAL friends I had still living there to get it back to me he THREW IT AWAY. He knew he had it, let me know he had it, and then "oops sorry it ended up in the garbage." The owner takes nothing seriously and has chased several people out of there already with
