Mr.Lee was very nice and made my stay safe. I had stumbled into the place pretty late and wasn't expecting to stay.... But I am very glad that I did!!! Very cozy and the keys are pretty cool. I unfortunately was so hungry and came when everything was closed.... But that is why the hospitality here came in clutch. I came in pretty drunk and upset. And after resting up, to a beautiful day in Chinatown (I live in the boring suburbs). I found my stay very cozy and couldn't have needed that rest. I look forward to coming back again! Especially when the weather is more inviting and the sights to see and discover!

I stayed here for like a week for lollapalooza end of July beginning of August, so if you want a place this inexpensive and close to downtown ( like 3 stops to the loop and the train is a 5 min walk for the hotel). The room was deff outdated but honestly did not mind, there was air conditioning and a shower that’s all I care about, since we were doing a lot of sightseeing and going to the festival we were barely in the hotel just there to sleep ( mattress could of been more comfortable) but again GREAT for the price AND there is so much to do in Chinatown, we had boba tea like every single day since there was local restaurants on every corner, best Asian food I’d ever had btw, cause you know it was made with love lol, a lot of mom and pop restaurant and there was a Asian beauty store right

As of 11/13/25 they have still not returned the $ stolen from my card so I was forced to go through my card company and start the process for fraudulent charges. Sketchy business pls stay away and if you must stay here do not give them access to a card with a large balance to high spending limit EDIT: I called about my refund and provided my card number over the phone and instead of processing a refund they charged me a second time for the deposit. I called back and they said I was lying and requested proof which i sent back immediately and now that are saying that is not sufficient. This place is a scam, do not give them your card info and do not leave the business until you have received your deposit. They also tried to lie to my friend on her way out and claimed I didn’t pay for the ro
