Childress Inn

The bed was clean and that was all I really wanted. There's a decent sized fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with some freebies included. The bathroom was clean, but I didn't try the shower. TV worked fine and had HBO. The carpet was pretty gross though. Found a few dead crickets and some other beetles. I guess someone left the door open for a long while. No pests though which is good. I did check the bed pretty thoroughly. Overall I'd stay here again just to pass out.

I wouldn't even leave a star if I didn't HAVE to. I would highly suggest negative stars for this place. Outside of the vomit filled sinks, absolute FILTH, the BEDBUGS, the receptionist was curt, short and rude. $81.36 a night! Well guess what? Sleeping in the Texas heat in the truck was the only solution! 72 year old lady in a truck, in the parking lot! Absolute 💯 depravity of this place! The videos and pics were presented and instead of embarrassment and shame there was a blank, dismissive stare from the staff member. When called to talk to management, the receptionist HUNG UP ON THE CALL. I see no place to post pictures or video. It was horrifying. Gross, nasty, utterly despicable.

I HAVE RECEIVED TERRIBLE ABUSE AND LACK OF RESPECT IN THIS HOTEL, I stayed at this hotel for work reasons since I am not from this city, the day I arrived at this place, I spoke with the person who was at the reception, and I told him that I came for work reasons and that I was going to be here indefinitely, and that I would be renting week by week until I finished my job there, at that time the person who was at the reception was a man and he offered me a room with 2 beds for a price of $ 375 dollars per week, I agreed to this price and rented on site, but after 4 weeks of being there, I had to renew the room and there was another person at the reception, (apparently one of the hotel managers), and she told me that I had to pay $ 450 dollars or that she would change me to another room of

This is without a doubt a basic room. The bed was actually very comfortable and the pillows did not smell like smoke. The room and TV were large with parking in front of your room. The carpet in the room felt sticky and the bathroom smelled like Urine. However, the staff was very friendly. When your vacation is over and you are just traveling home this hotel will get the job done.

Just checked in and I am definitely pleased not only with room size but how clean the room is. The woman at the front was kind as well especially with being woken up At 1:30 in the morning. I will definitely stay here again.
