A perfect choice for a solo traveler looking for luxury and privacy. The room was spacious with beautiful decor, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The concierge helped me plan a few great solo day trips nearby. I'd return without hesitation

DO NOT BOOK!! Same story as the other fellows writing here. A guy from a a 347 area reached out the check-in morning saying "there was food in the fridge" and that we were sharing the bathroom. I reached out to the property because in the booking reservation there was nothing specified about sharing a bathroom. I tried to talk to them but they would only talk if I had completed the pre-check in ($700 deposit). My flight was landing at 6.10, having an ETA of 7.30 to the Hotel. They claimed no check-in available before 4pm or after 7pm (what is that for accommodation!??). It'a a total SCAM and UNSAFE. Please avoid this place. I ended up booking somewhere else while Expedia deals wtih this.

SCAMMMMMM. First of all had to leave a review here because the property keeps deleting them on Hotels.com. When I first booked the room there was nothing listed regarding a $700 cash deposit. This This information changed 3 days before my stay. Like the other reviews this guy is trying to contact via whatsapp numbers. It is not even the same number as listed on the booking. Only text messages. Obviously something is fishy not staying as it’s unsafe. I reported this as a scam to Hotels.com with screenshots of reviews, details about the listing that have changed, What’sapp numbers, and exchanges with the property manager. They refuse to refund as it’s in the property managers hands - no duh he won’t refund ??? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyonneeeee stay here IT IS UNSAFE.

i had a reservation booked for several weeks and then i get a notification that they will not honor the reservation. I was left scrambling to find another hotel which now costs me 25% more and i had to find new parking accommodations which also cost more. There is an event in town and it looks like they just wanted to book at a higher rate. I wouldn't trust your reservations with them and have a back up plan if it is important.
