Chiafos Resorts

Lived here for a good while and loved it and the maintenance people and owners were always on top of things yes they got busy and the only bad things you’ll hear about them is from people that took advantage of them and destroyed their property or never even paid their rent. Amazing atmosphere if there wasn’t so many people that lived there had 4 kids living in one 2 bedroom cottage or the people on drugs up at all hours and being loud. Kinda wish they would do some type of background check and only let people with 1 kid live there if they plan to stay long term definitely rulings it for everyone else. But I enjoyed everything there besides the neighbors.

I was in Monticello, IN for work and had the pleasure of staying at the Chaifos Resort near Indiana Beach. Sarah set me and the wife up with the two bedroom cottage, one bathroom and kitchenette which was perfect for work. Everything was nice, clean and updated. Direct access to the lake, which you can see from the front door of the cottage. Very affordable and cozy. It is literally a 1 to 2 minute walk from the amusement park. Boat rental place is pretty much next door if you’re looking to get on the water. Would definitely recommend getting in touch with Sarah whenever visiting Indian Beach!

Clean, perfect location and close to Monticello. I stayed here for a week in a two bedroom cottage and the stay was great.

I wouldn't stay here- they have bed bugs and mold
