Cheyenne Mountain Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel

We went for a company party so I can't give it a 5 star as far enjoying the whole hotel. The wait staff was perfect. The restrooms and hotel were very clean. The front desk and valet greeted us very friendly. The food was a delicious high quality buffet. The views were awesome. We won a free nights stay so I'm hoping to change it to a 5 star then.

We have been here two times with our kids, both as weekend getaways. There is a Colorado rate that gives you a cheaper room rate. The hotel rooms are very clean. We love the heated pool for kids (but could be a touch warmer, and too cold on really cold days). The hot tub got pretty crowded one evening. We wish that was bigger or had more options. The access to the fitness center is great. Locker rooms have brand new dry sauna and whirlpool hot tubs in each locker room. Workout area is great. You also have access to an indoor pool with a waterslide. Keep in mind that the fitness center and indoor pool is down the hill from the main hotel. You can take a shuttle service. A breakfast option would be nice. They have a buffet restaurant breakfast and a limited cafe counter, but a free continent

Stayed on my own as part of our conference. Room was good but not 5 star. The view from the room was stunning and the bed was amazing. The staff were friendly but not upfront helpful. Friendly but forthcoming. Breakfast was great, fast and the staff gave priority to seating at the best view on a first come basis which was a nice, considerate touch. The main reception area is beautiful with high timber ceilings with beams and a huge fire. I'd stay again although not that close to shops but Uber was reasonably available and fast.

Definitely will be back for our 3 year and 5 month anniversary, my boyfriend decided to surprise me with an amazing stay for our 3 year anniversary here! We were having little bumps in the road with it being our first time booking a resort! Esmeralda was very helpful and was looking out for our best interest when we had questions very professional and truly made a great first Impression for the resort! We loved the spa both joe and Nova helped us relax and enjoy our 3 year anniversary making it very personal and tailored to what we needed! This resort exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was immaculately clean, and every single staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and it was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The wraparound balconies on all sides of the suite offered breathtaking views in every direction, making it feel incredibly special and luxurious. The food was outstanding—every meal was absolutely delicious. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunrise from the hotel restaurant, which was truly unforgettable and the perfect way to start the day.
