Chestnut Hill Hotel

Happy New Year to all ! It is an honor for me to share my wonderful experience at Chestnut Hill Hotel in Germantown . I celebrated my daughter’s “40 th birthday “ in the Bombay Room and it was amazing, I am so appreciative from the time I booked the “Bombay Room and a hotel room upstairs “ , the customer service we received was amazing. The rooms were nice ,neat and clean. I would like to give Michelle , Jill and Tyesha a special thanks for all your time ,patience , understanding, compassion and dedication. You ladies represented well. I salute you all today with your roses 🌹 🥀 you are all a great asset to the Chestnut Hill Hotel Team ! I look forward to doing business again . I stayed there for one night for business, but I was so relaxed in that beautiful hotel within that beautiful neighborhood. I’m now looking at my schedule to see when I can go back just to enjoy a long weekend. The beds were so comfortable, I loved the espresso in the room, and the complimentary breakfast was perfect. All my stress is gone after my stay.

We stayed at the Chestnut Hill Hotel over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect location, nestled in a charming corner of Chestnut Hill, within walking distance of a fabulous farmers market, coffee shops, French bakeries, whiskey bars and quaint shops for holiday shopping. The hotel itself is cozy and incredibly comfortable. The rooms are large and I was able to comfortably spread out and even work during the day. The folks at the front desk were kind and attentive. The gym facility had a peloton, and weights - everything I needed. And it was pet friendly!! I will definitely stay again.

Visited for 3 nights. European traveller. Positives: - large bedroom (and bed), at least by European standards! - VERY confortable bed. - excellent location on Chestnut Hill. - Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: - rooms (and the hotel in general) are fairly dark. - Breakfast is very minimal. Some fresh fruits, pastries, but no cooking options (no scrambled eggs, or bacon...). - some things could be renovated (the shower notably). It's not dramatic but considering the price per night, I expect more. - to hotel staff: please, PLEASE, PLEEEEAAASSE, do PAY the subscription to whatever music platform is used to stream music in the dinning room!! It is very unpleasant and repelling, during breakfast, to have the nice ambiance being FREQUENTLY interrupted by EXTREMELY LOUD commercials.

Snowed 🌨 in... great place to stay... the hotel is a very nice place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, the hotel is extremely clean... a little pricey but worth it...
