Chattanooga Heritage Inn

Seems to be under some kind of construction and the only sign for the place is something like a for sale size sign stuck on the curb. Very crowded and seemed a little sketchy. The guy who checked me in was friendly and welcoming with a gift bag of a couple waters and a cracker snack pack so that’s the good part. Bed wasn’t comfortable but I suppose that’s a personal preference thing. The television was small and the air conditioning was noisy. Went to the cafe inside the building for breakfast and had a Denver omelette with home fries and toast . Omelette was small but I guess everything is these days so I’ll call it just a standard breakfast, not great not bad. |Overall I suppose I would not stay there again.

Stopped while traveling, location was right off highway which was a plus, Jenile at the front desk was very helpful and took care of us and our accommodations for our motorcycles, comfy bed, nice shower, big plus they have a great diner attached!! Will make that our go to when traveling! Thanks again!

The place was very affordable and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. I LOVED how helpful they were whenever we need something! It's not the fanciest place that there is, but with clean affordable rooms and friendly staff, there really isn't much else to ask for from a Motel. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it!

We were very surprised at how clean the room was. The man at the desk was polite and changed my room without an issue when I told him I wanted to park in front of my door. I'd say the only thing I was a little unpleased was that I didn't realize it is a motel, not a hotel. Other than that, it's very good. The attached restaurant was very good as well.

At first entrance the lobby smelled amazing was beautiful and clean the staff were amazing jeniel was great!! The room was clean everything worked and was comfortable this place is affordable and that's important in these times they are humble but have excellence!!! The city cafe is amazing I mean amazing it's attached to hotel! You get 10 percent discount when you show your room key and the food is out of this world wonderful
