We saved here before a cruise because it seemed like it had reasonable prices and OK reviews. The staff was great. I’ll put that out there. We had to change rooms once because the TV stopped working in the first room. In the second room, the toilet clogged because of old plumbing and if you use the main bathroom in the lobby, they actually ask that you’ll put any paper, including toilet paper and the toilets and they have big garbage bins set up our shower, never had hot water, which I did tell the front desk and nothing was ever done about it so we are completely unable to shower for two days. The room itself was extremely filthy. I actually went around, cleaning it myself, and it took a little while for me to come to terms with the fact that I had to sleep there. We stayed on the third f

Do not be confused by the photos because they do not show the dirty carpets the feces on the wall. This is literally a motel for drug dealers and prostitutes. I was so grossed out. When trying to get a refund which was refused, I asked the two people at the desk if they would bring their wife or family here and they both gave me blank stares. Honestly, the health department needs to get involved in this hole.

Business combined with family time. I always stay at this hotel and it was wonderful to find a price that suits the condition of the hotel. It is an old hotel with old furniture, for example, no chairs for the terrace, some appliances do not work, in this trip it was the coffee maker, last trip it was the mini fridge, other times has been hot water, but the front desk goes out of their way to take care of any of these inconveniences immediately and their service and location - free trolly to the metrorail station right across the hotel, walking distance to Pinecrest Bakery that makes the most awesome empanadas, croquetas and cafe con leche, walking distance to Navarro drugstore, walking distance to 7-11 to get for example a phone cord, walking distance to Uncle Tom's BBQ, a Miami landmark

Bought the hotel room for 4 days, upon arrival room was a disaster there was a small dog poop in the corner smelled like cigarettes and ass. The bathtub was completely Grimey. The small fridge was moist inside and inspecting the microwave after was atrocious. There was probably a two month old tv dinner inside the microwave absolutely MOLDED. I went down gave them grace and said I think maybe my room might’ve gotten missed with the cleaning list today they gave me a new room, I went into that room splattered blood spots, stained sheets the towels from the hotel were on the ground beds not made and dead “hopefully” bugs on the ground maybe small roaches? Checked in, went to room... Empty cigarette pack inside, pink pills on the floor, moldy container of food in microwave, sheets dirty with hair. Went right back downstairs have room key back asked for a refund. They offered a different room, this place was gross, why would I think a different room would be any better. They will not refund. Called Hotels. Com they to will not refund. This was absolutely a disgusting place, it should not be a part of any 3rd party booking site.
