Chateau Motel

For being in a very bad area the lady who owns the place is very nice and the rooms are very, very clean and definitely worth the price!

There are several motels in this area and of the ones I checked the Chateau was the most reasonable. The room was very nice and clean and appeared to have been recently updated as the carpet and things seemed new. The room was large and comfortable. Good free WiFi in the room and there was also a ref. Room was quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Motel is in a good location just north of I-25 at exit 140 with many restaurants in the area. A good Vietnamese restaurant about 1/2 block north of the motel. I would recommend giving the Chateau a try.

I personally did not stay at this hotel. But what I will say is that I purchased a room here for two people that I knew were homeless. Before I spent my funds I had asked the two front desk attendants may I please see the room and was politely told Yes. Even though the friends were homeless..they still are human beings and deserve a decent place to lay their heads. The rooms were surprisingly very nice and clean. Fresh towels and a clean bathroom. Everything was tidy..the water was nice and hot for a bath or shower. I was completely satisfied for my associates. They offered a microwave and mini refrigerator. I will be getting another room for them tomorrow. Everyone was kind and considerate to me and understanding of these men's situations. I had already told the staff about the people th

Rooms are good and hygienic. There was complimentary coffee . Location is shady . Cyclists on loose and Jay Walker's all-over the neighborhood. Drive with care . When you start off on a green light make sure there is no one trying to cross in front of you in a hurry .

I move in here about 7 years ago ..... and never left. On one side of the property is the motel on the other side is apartments. ANDY and BERNADETTE are the BEST. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
