Gated! New improvements to the property are evident and more in process. The entrance is much more welcoming and still has the Arizona Southwestern appeal. Lot rents are average for the area. A very nice small community of residents and very friendly!
Is a very nice place to stay. My parents spent the winter there several years.
This is a wonderful RV / mobile home park. Clubhoue heated pool and hot tub. Management (Donna and Walt) is the best. The community is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Quiet & very secure. The Park Model owners feel they make & set the rules! Had to contact the Manager, "Teresa" about a residence who "thought" she owned & managed the park. We gave up three months rent & moved out of the park. I have been told that all Resorts are the same. They have to many "Chiefs" & not many "Indians". Life is to short for this residence "B.S!!!!
My place is nice but I don't feel that issues are being addressed and this is very disturbing.
