One of the very best places we have stayed so far. The staff are friendly and the sites have plenty of space. Great water pressure, beautiful landscaping, even a playground for your 2 and 4 legged babies.

My father lived here for many years. He enjoyed his experiences here and generally liked his neighbors. He recently passed away and the management has been very helpful and patient while I try to clear out his space so they can rent it to someone else. The neighbors have all been friendly and helpful to myself and my friends while I go through this difficult time. Thanks to all of you.

I have been living here for about a year. Rent has increased 1 time. I have a 31 year old fifth wheel. Management is very friendly and helpful, and so are most of the neighbors. My only complaints are the small laundry facilities and the noise from the shop next door when they run the late shift. Other than that it's very quiet and peaceful.

Didn't even want to give one star. 3 rent increases in less than a year, no improvements to the property, and maintenance is non-existent. Can't keep up with the mold and mildew; the ants, mice and rats are gaining control; and it looks like a dump these days. No noise control, the traffic on Pacific Hwy goes on 24 hours, and then there's the semi truck yard across the street, as well as no consequences for those immediate neighbors with the booming stereo at 3 a.m. So. I will be a former tenant and gladly so. If I were you, I wouldn't be fooled by seemingly lower rent. You get what you pay for, but not even that here. As for the RV age requirement, on site management changed and so did that policy. Along with many other things.

Not impressed. Made reservation 4 months in advance hoping to get a good site. Although there were several nice, grassy sites along the front, we were stuck in a tiny one with all dead grass and weeds. It was more like a trailer park- more permanent residents than travelers. Looks like it was nice at one time, but not so much anymore.
