Cave Lakes Canyon

First off, the aesthetic was beautiful. Everything was visually pleasing and appeared accurate to the photos. I do not feel that the cost was worth the value, however. If I’m spending $300 a night I expect to have a clean Keurig that’s usable, more than two pods of coffee for a 3 night stay, and at least creamer. There were no wash cloths provided. We were not left a lighter for the fire pit as stated. Lastly, the duvet was visually dirty under the crisp white sheet that covered it. Responsiveness and availability of staff could be better. It was a fine stay and a beautiful canyon, just expected more for the cost.

Wonderful place!! Close to sand caves, sand dunes & slot canyons!

Our two night stay was fantastic! We stayed in the Stone House and loved every aspect of it. The Bathroom/Shower building was very clean and provided everything we would want. We especially enjoyed the private gas firepit behind the Stone House.||We hiked the grounds on our full day and thoroughly enjoyed the hike.||I want to personally thank Jerron who was very prompt in answering my questions prior to booking.||We look forward to going back again and staying longer as we use Cave Lakes for our base to explore more of Southern Utah.

Staying at this historic little spot was unforgettable. The canyon views are breathtaking, and the outdoor shower and outhouse add a very fun touch. The place has great character and a cool bit of history that makes the experience very unique. The whole area is one of a kind and it was perfect for our little family. We actually took our baby with us and were worried about the temps (a little hot in the day, cold at night) but it worked out perfect and we didn’t have any issues.

Words can barely describe how beautiful this place is. The second you enter the canyon until you leave it‘s just absolute peace. So close to nature, at night the deer were right outside my tent! The lake, the trees, the tent, the vibe - it doesn‘t get better than this. Fully recommend staying here!
