Casa Blanca Resort

Bugs all over, took 10 minutes to get hot water and never did in kitchen. There was noone in the office until after 9 am. But… it is so close to the beach, the hot tub is like it’s supposed to be, hot, the pool was clean and warm, whole outside area was nice, outdoor grills for cooking and staff was great.

You should NOT stay here! It The room was awful. The dark areas on the ceilings was probably mold due to the smell in the room. I was worried about breathing mold in. Both the couch and chair were stained and worn out. The bed was so uncomfortable. The bathrooms were gross. You should be able to rent this for less than exchange fees if you’re desperate enough. We stayed one night only because it was too late to go somewhere else. Just awful!😢

We own a timeshare membership with this company and wish to cancel it as soon as possible. We initially purchased this membership for travel related to military purposes. However, those needs have changed, and we no longer require the timeshare, which is now a financial burden. We have used the timeshare only three times in 40 years, making the expense disproportionate to the benefit received. We attempted to contact the timeshare company directly to inquire about the cancellation process, but have not yet been provided with a path forward.

My sister and I visited Casa Blanca resort from August 16th to August 22, 2025.||When we arrived we were assigned a loft/ studio unit on the third floor. We asked if there were elevators, the receptionist said no. We asked if there was a unit on the first floor, he stated that the owners need their money and he couldn’t change it. So we managed to pull our luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor. ||When we entered the unit, we noticed a strong musky smell.||When we turned over the covers on the bed , we noticed that the bed had not been made up. ||We informed the receptionist, he brought us clean linen, and we made the bed our selves..||The next morning, we called the front desk and told the receptionist , Shelley about the really bad smell in the unit. ||She found us a unit on the 1st floo

The beach access and beach location itself is wonderful! Gas grills on site for hot dogs or crab legs! The pool was nice, needs more chlorine attention. The hot tub - not so nice. We even requested the heat be turned down because it was too, too hot for anyone to use besides us. It never happened. Needs cleaned, bottom remained sandy the entire time we were there. There's a sauna upstairs of the pool, never used. There is a washer/dryer on site, also lacking in performance. The rooms themselves are in need of MAJOR updates. Horrible musty smell upon entering the room, we found quickly could be added to by several major standing water issues within. Several issues wrong when we checked in, including standing water under the kitchen sink and severe water leak from an AC unit in the bathroom
