Capitol Square BNB

I’m a few days into my stay and I actually really like it. It’s cute and quaint, nice people (I’ve not met anyone I’ve felt need to ‘keep I the more negative comments are from people who maybe don’t fully understand what it’s like to actually have to clean up after a constantly revolving cast of very different characters with different habits, hygiene and otherwise. I’m sure it would be exhausting for anyone. This is my first time staying in a hostel and I had no idea what to expect, but I’m not disappointed. I don’t find it to be dirty at all. At worst it’s as clean as most everybody’s house is right up until you find out company is coming and have to deep clean everything. The locker and three drawers are sufficient. The rooms were clean, not really spacious. The atmosphere wasn’t great. There were a lot of traveler’s and local homeless people who lived here. They luckily kept those types of customers separate. I also slept next to the ac. And every 5 minutes it would make a really loud noise, which kept me up through the night. You have to take your shoes off at the entrance and most traveler’s were pretty nice. We were also freaked out by the fact that the conformation email for the booking with the entrance code and room number was in my spam folder, which really should happen for a hostel. Would i sleep here again? No, i’d pick a hotel.

Near the subway line, safe walkable neighborhood. Not a lot of normal shops nearby but that might just be an American thing. The rooms were okay, they have people there staying 'long-term' but they have their own rooms, so if u book on their site it will only get you a room with people who booked for short stays. Which is good. It was relatively clean.. Not great but OK, it was really hot, I don't understand how it can be so much hotter inside than outside.||I do recommend it if u are okay with hostels.

The worst paid accommodation we've ever had. I dont even know where to begin. To start its basically a halfway house. There are several elderly disabled living there for a very extended period of time. They are extremely nasty to deal with. There's a cleaning staff but no front desk agents and noone to answer your question or address your concerns. I dont want to waste anymore of my writing this review but those issues are just the beginning. We were going to stay there for a week, while we were in town but left after one night. If you decide to stay there pay for each night you stay becuase if you have any issues or decide to leave youre pretty much screwed.

Sireenat stands as one of the most welcoming hosts I’ve experienced and I’m certain everyone else who has booked or envisioned booking with her would day the same. Staying with her is an experience worth the price and time; judging by the quality of entertainment I experienced with her guests and accommodation! Much love!
