Capitol Manor Motel

The toilet seat was broken. No clean shower curtain. Area wasnt clear outside to walk on. The management rushed me out the room and didnt bother to hear what i had to say. Bad experience for my birthday time. Rudeness at its finest

Absolutely horrible found a roach in my room and the lady will not do anything about it not even give me my money back talking about no refunds kids smashing car windows with rocks and I also had my window open because it was hot I go to sleep with money and keys on the table just for someone to climb thru my window while I was sleep so definitely don't even feel safe this is the worst hotel experience I ever had

Although the room smells like cigarettes all the time. The smell of cigarette makes me sick in general.. But despite that the rooms are always clean to clean tiles. But the service is to me a plus... Especially the young skinny Arabian I hope I'm not saying his background wrong.. But he's so friendly and when I come there because I they are often he knows which room I like lol... If not he always gets me the wrong with the smart TVs where I can watch Netflix and chill... So I thank you guys for that young man He's excellent... And the hotel is excuse me the motel it's always nice and people do mind their business... Thank you for your service

The place SEEMED clean when I checked in at 7pm but around 2 am, there was a BED BUG crawling on me. The front desk refused to give me ANY money back stating that the receipt said “No Refunds” but the receipt should have said “No Bugs”. I left immediately. They didn’t even return my $5 key deposit that was promised back to me once I gave back the room key. NEVER staying there again. DO NOT GO THERE!
