Capital O Empire Motel Chicago I-94

Correct me if I'm wrong is this motel closed down it looks like it's all boarded up. It really doesn't matter because I stopped going to this run down place anyway, I would rather go to a Holiday inn at least you get much better accommodations and in a better neighborhood too.

The only thing good about this place is the location. I made a reservation online and when I show up the listing online vs what was in person was a 180. They claim to have fully new renovated rooms. Lies. They took me to a smelly room with the light fixtures broken and hanging off the wall. I told them to cancel. These pigs scam me for $300. Now ive been on the phone for more 24hr trying to get money back that should’ve never been stolen. If you want to be disrespected. Followed. And stolen from go here!!

The place had roaches, tried to get a refund through 3rd party. 3rd party called and they lied about the roaches and said the room were clean. Had to drive all the way back for a photo. Was not updated at all.

This place has been closed down. I give 2 stars because they had inside parking other than that this place and people are horrible. Over priced and didn't fix things that are broken, dirty place and nosey people always outside at all times of the night. I stayed for maybe 30 minutes then left without a refund.

Man, this place is sketchy but for a no tell Motel it’ll do the job and even the local residences are pretty friendly and if you’re alone when you walk in, you won’t be for long there’s plenty of options available if you get my drift
