Cape Charles Tiny Livin'

Very cute concept and the houses have everything you could need! I stayed in the Mermaid home and I was pleasantly surprised to see an induction cooker and George foreman grill under the sink. Only complaints I have is the size of the shower and the TV height! I'm about average sized, but barely had any room to turn around without risking either getting my hair wet or all the soap off. The TV's great to look at from the table and bed, but you almost have to break your neck to view from the couch. It's just small details, but I felt safe and would stay again.

We stayed for a night and wished we had longer. Everything is very well set up inside and out. The Tiny Homes are adorable and stylish, well designed with all sorts of interesting and thoughtful touches. Each is unique and it is clear to see how much time and effort was put into each one. Outside there is a fire pit and comfy chairs, grills, and tables for eating on when the weather is fine. The Tiny Homes are conveniently near to all Cape Charles has to offer. Recommend!

We got a suite for $100 and the Suite was very nice. The suite had 3 beds 1 bunk bed and a lot of fun things to do outside of the room. The view was amazing.

We had such a wonderful stay at Cape Charles Tiny Livin’ this past weekend while celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary! We stayed in The Barn House, and it was absolutely perfect—so cozy, quaint, and beautifully decorated. Every little touch made it feel extra special and romantic. The property itself is just as inviting. We loved sitting by the fire pit in the evening, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and each other’s company. It was the perfect setting for our anniversary getaway! If you’re looking for a charming, relaxing escape in Cape Charles, we highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back! 💕

My first impression of Tiny Livin' was very positive. It was super easy to book, and I liked that there was an option to add extra info. (+1 star) It's such a cute idea, and the outside area is well decorated. I loved seeing the fire area with chairs, corn hole, and darts. We stayed at the barn, and it was so much more spacious than we were expecting for a tiny house. The windows let in so much natural light. I was already imaging booking our next stay in warmer weather! (+1 star) Unfortunately, it missed the mark on cleanliness. We found lots of other people's hair in the towels and sheets, with lots of little stains throughout. The shower hadn't been fully cleaned, as evidenced by the ring of red something on one of the shelves. Some of the surfaces were rather dusty, including the cup
