I wanted to take a moment to share what a pleasant experience we had during our recent stay at Candlewood. The room was very comfortable and the linens were especially nice, which made it easy to rest after a long day. They offer free coffee 24-7 I also want to recognize John at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly customer-service oriented. People like him really make a difference, especially after a tough or tiring day. When we were checking out, John was still there because his replacement had not yet arrived. Despite that, he remained professional, smiling, and genuinely kind. We came for one night. It was a stop over on our way to Florida. The location is great . Its right off of 95. The beds were very comfortable. The room had a fullsize fridge. Bathroom was really nice. Best of all they take dogs.|Its walking distance to Sam Sneed & Toasted Yolk restuarants 2 of our favorites. Suites are 1/2 of mile from outlets. Highly recommended.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but as someone who depends on reviews of others for my choices, I thought it important to leave this one. I'm a travel nurse from Florida. I have stayed at Candlewood Suites in multiple cities. I wish I had not chosen Candlewood in Savanna. For the price, no! The room was dingy, dark, out-dated, and in need of repair. Each drain was slow to drain and the toilet ran all night. The shear curtains looked nicotine stained. Everything was dingy yellow and brown. The couch was stained 🤢. The list goes on and on. WAISTED MONEY. They are surrounded by a dozen other hotels. Choose one of those instead. This Candlewood is not cheaper, so no reason to stay there. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, making the process quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and felt like a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchenette (with a full-size fridge, microwave, and stovetop) was a huge plus, allowing me to prepare my own meals and save on dining out. Absolutely want to thank the staff at this location. The manager ayesha and staff Porsha Helped my grandparents and took great care of them when there home flooded . They where so kind and helpful. Speaking with the insurance company and getting them all set up. My grand are in there 80s and where very nervous leaving there home in disarray however the staff made them feel at home and comfortable. Thanks again. You ladies are much appreciated!
