Candlewood Suites Raleigh Crabtree by IHG

Excellent place I highly recommend. I travel with my job so I basically live in hotels. Both Craig's at the front desk were excellent with their customer service made you feel welcomed. The hotel was clean and peaceful. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was friendly and helpful when you asked them for soap, trash bags and so forth. The hotel is only 5 min from the mall and all kinds of restaurants and grocery stores. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back for work in a few weeks. Washer and dryer room was also very clean and well kept with plenty of washers and dryers to be used.

Positive: Location Negative: The front desk lerkwas a dud. He could not recommend a restaurant for dinner or breakfast. When asked how long he had been employed he said "One year".

A very good experience. Took me a while to understand how to work the heater but I figured it out. So overall it was very good. I'm just not used to sleeping on a regular mattress so my body felt like it was numb due to the way I slept. I figured it out that it's not as soft as memory foam so I can't complain. Nice kitchenette area & fully stocked dining area. Towels are soft & comfortable. Staff was friendly. Just a great rest & stay experience overall.

The price is reasonable compared to what's nearby. Since it's an extended stay hotel don't expect much if you're like me and only stayed 2 nights. No breakfast and no housekeeping for shorts stays but that's why the price was lower than other hotels next door. ||Large room and comfortable bed but sheets that are ready to be replaced. No satellite TV so limited choices. Well stocked kitchen if you need that. ||None of my Diamond benefits were offered. I was given a ground floor room when my profile says high floor. You must keep your drapes closed as my room looked right out to the parking lot. ||It was warner than usual in Raleigh but the air conditioner was quiet and was able to cool the bedroom which is separate from the living room. ||There is a well stocked pantry which is good as t

I stayed here with my 2 kids and their mother for 7 days and 7 nights during renovations at our home. Our stay here at the Candlewood Suites was great! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay for a prolonged period of time. Our room had a queen bed and TV that was separated from the living room, that had a pull out couch for the kids. The Kitchen was very nice and was stocked with plates, silverware and all the other utilities, utensils and stuff you would need plus a dishwasher. Free use of the laundry machines and Free coffee as well. They also had 2 propane grills outside for you to use under a gazebo. I used one of the grills for all of our dinners, a very nice perk.
