Candlewood Suites Oklahoma City - Bricktown by IHG

Staff was friendly and the shuttle to and from our concert was wonderful. Room was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was the lack of space between the wall and bed. We had 2 queen beds and one bed was next to a wall with a TINY walkway and no end table or night stand.

This place is very nice for a cheap but has a luxury experience. The rooms are massive, the tvs are large as well nice clean rooms, beds were very comfortable this I'd definitely recommend!

The staff onsite that I met were all friendly and nice. The manager and general manager don’t seem to work and won’t answer their phones or call me back. I started itching real bad my second night at the property. I then realized I was covered in bites. Searched and found bed bugs. Left right away after that. I flew down from Alaska and now everything I brought with me is in plastic bags, had to waste tons of time and money washing and bagging everything, buying new clothes and things I need while hoping to kill the infestation this hotel gave me. Also covered in itching bites, a very unpleasant experience. Stay far away Response to the response. I don’t believe you found no more bedbugs, I only searched one side of the boxspring and found 3 before I fled, but maybe you’re telling the

Everyone at the desk was helpful and kind. Tony went above and beyond Earlier in the week before check-in to help us and then again on the day of. The staff when we got there was excellent and welcoming. Despite being sold out in a full occupancy, the hotel was quiet and did not seem crowded. It was conveniently located near some things we needed to be at and it had good rates. We would stay here again. The full size refrigerator was a definite plus for anyone wanting to bring snacks and stay for a while.

First timers. Loved the large room and kitchen area. elevators were a little sketchy feeling, they jumped and jostled a lot. Non skid tile floor in shower a plus. Also, a free shuttle to Brickyard area.
