Staying here has been nothing short of a true blessing for me and my four boys during one of the most important seasons of our lives. When we needed stability, comfort, and kindness the most, this place wrapped us in all three. From the very first day, the staff has shown us so much love, patience, and genuine care. It hasn’t just felt like a place to stay — it has truly felt like home. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, family-oriented, and even pet-friendly, which made everything feel even more comforting for us. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, glass-top stove, and a beautiful bathroom that made everyday living feel easy and peaceful. We stayed here this past week and it was very accommodating. Melinda and her team are exceptional! She went above and beyond!!!

We stayed at this location because I like the amount of space in the room, but that was due to the fact that it had two double beds rather than queen beds. Additionally, the beds were comfortable, but the AC died on our 2nd day, and rather than move us into a new room, they deducted our night stay, but the room was still difficult to sleep in. Additionally, we heard guests walking in the hall and above us, very clearly! It was hard to get good sleep on our first morning due to the construction beginning work at 7 am just below us. That was extremely frustrating on a Saturday morning. The ice maker in our room also didn't work, which was minor but frustrating because there were no other ice machines in the building for us to access. These people and rooms are great the customer service is excellent quick to respond and always willing to give an extra hand. My room was clean and the cleaning crew is always there if you need extra accommodations. Big plus is the smell the hallways smell amazing no smells of smoke or anything else. I’m super pleased and will recommend this hotel to my company for all future visits.

My wife and I stayed here from the 16th - 19th this October for our daughter's wedding. My daughter made the reservation through her Priceline account We had issues from the start. I talked to the GM the morning of the 16th about an early check-in. She assured me the king suite we reserved would be ready to check in by 2:00. Then at 1:00 pm in route to the hotel I get a call sayinf something about a computer glitch and that they rented my room. I talked to other guests who had the same issue. Makes me wonder if it had anything to do with a computer issue. Then.....the room they put us in had plumbing issues so we had to leave the wedding rehearsal to move to yet another room. Then the GM says she refunded us one nights stay....( Around $100) Plus the difference in the room rate.....another
