Nice updated property, poorly built. You can hear EVERYTHING, every footstep, door shut, etc. If you want to sleep, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you are with the Norwegian clogging team, stay here. Practicing your marching for the North Korean Army, stay here. Warming up for that WWE match, stay here. If you love slamming your hotel room door, stay here. Enjoy dropping heavy objects from shoulder height, stay here. Really heavy heels when you walk? Come on over, you're going to fit right in. I'm not a Karen, I've stayed in hotels all over the country, this was my worst night in a hotel ever. Noise was reported to the front desk once in person and twice by phone. Everything was top notch, beginning with outstanding customer service ~ kudos to Brooke at the front desk! Friendly & efficient, checkin was quick & EZ, much appreciated after a long day on the road & the construction clogged traffic around Chattanooga, yikes! Covered portico, automatic front doors & lots of luggage carts made it convenient to transport luggage without getting wet. Two zippy elevators. Room was lovely w/kitchennette complete w/apt size fridge/freezer, micro, 2-burner elec stovetop, dishwasher, assorted dishes, pans, misc utensils. both bedside & desk area lamps had charging stations built in to their base including USB ports. Free wifi with excellent signal strength. I was able to use my ROKU thumb drive & easily watch all my favorite channels on the huge wall mounted

Positive: The room was very comfortable, I love the small kitchen and large shower, and the breakfast was the BEST. Negative: When I had a question, I called the hotel several times and no one answered the phone. After the the third time someone did answer but never came back to the phone. Checking in- no one was at the desk, however she never apologized for the wait.

First time for us in Candlewood Suites. This hotel we thought was in a nice location near Hamilton Place. |Hamilton Place seems to be a recently developed area and an area which is still being developed, although a little distance away from downtown Chatanooga. ||The hotel is very new and adjoins a Holiday Inn Express. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which was our experience in Atlanta and everywhere we went on our Tennessee road trip. ||The room/suite is large and very nice, we did not really need full kitchen facilities. There is no room service, the concept is you do your own cleaning and there is a free laundry downstairs, we were only there 2 nights so was OK for us. The area was nice and quiet, but what we found in most of our hotels this trip was there is no very little so

This was a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were super clean. As soon as you walked in the hotel it smelled so good. Breakfast was good I just wished they would have served bacon at least one of the 4 mornings we were there. Not a fan of the sausage patties but everything else was good. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.
