Candlewood Suites Chambersburg by IHG

The receptionists and cleaning staff provided wonderful service, were very friendly, and made me feel welcomed after a long day. I was late to check out due to being sick, but they were understanding and caring the entire time. The room was clean and cozy but the staff made this stay stand out above others to me. 10/10 would stay again!

We can’t say enough about this hotel. The rooms are comfy clean and a pleasure to stay in. The associates are pleasant and friendly. To come into this hotel after a long drive is a pleasure. Great job to all and thank you all for enabling us to relax comfortably before our return drive home.

My first experience and it was great. Room was excellent.. full kitchen… great AC… I’m so impressed that I’ll check for one of these everytime I travel. And the price is excellent. $100 cheaper than where I ususally stay when I’m in PA.

Our stay was great! Room was very sizable - 2 Queens Beds. Bedding was incredibly comfortable. Room was exceptionally clean. Only issue we came across was that the carpet in our room wasn't vacuumed very well. After walking around, we found lots of pet hair on our socks. We informed the front desk and the carpet was vacuumed promptly. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Hotel is pet-friendly and the 1st floor was more accommodating for such guests. Bathroom in our room was clean and roomy. Loved the fact that the toiletries were all Dove brand. There is no breakfast served but they do sell food in the lobby that you can prepare in your room - as there's a stove top, full fridge and kitchen utensils available (in room) for your use. I’ve been coming here for over a year, and the staff is truly amazing. The rooms are always clean, and when possible, they’re happy to upgrade you to a better room. I genuinely love this place. Anna—thank you for all your help and for inspiring me to write this review!
