Customer Reviews
From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Our suite was spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped for our weekend trip. The kitchenette was a lifesaver, making it easy to prepare light meals and save on dining out.|The location is unbeatable—close to everything downtown Asheville has to offer, yet quiet enough for a great night's sleep. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was thoughtfully designed with a great workspace and plenty of storage.|We really appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary laundry facilities and the convenience of The Candlewood Cupboard. It truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be booking here again on our next visit to Asheville!
It's an "okay" hotel. Nothing to write home about. They dint offer breakfast. The rooms are smaller than most hotels we've been too. The 'suite' is hardly as suite but it's okay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure, though the sink faucet was quite slow. There were plenty of parking spots available. The hotel is dog-friendly; however, per the front desk, no dog amenities are provided. At other dog-friendly hotels we’ve stayed at, items such as dog bowls or beds were offered, which would have been a nice touch here. Service was mixed. The front desk attendant working Saturday night was unfortunately very unpleasant. There was no greeting, she appeared distracted with AirPods in, and often barely listened. When asked questions, she would tilt her head and stare as if the questions were unreasonable before responding with a curt “no.” In contrast, the front desk attendant working Sunday morning (with very long ha
