Candlewood Suites Annapolis by IHG

I WISH I would've read these real reviews before I booked here! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND STATE, ASAP!!! Bloody linen, hair and dirt on the towels. Bathrooms not properly cleaned, nor bed pillowcases changed. Food stains on the pillowcases from pervious guests. Crumbs on the table from previous guests. Plumbing leakages GALORE. Victoria always makes excuses for the cleaning staff. Only speaking Spanish, does not equate to their non ability to make sure they do their jobs and properly SANITIZE the rooms! I can tell a lawsuit will come soon enough from them not properly cleaning this place, and a fire hazard, etc. from the leakages. They will put you in rooms that are not supposed to be for use/sell, as they have KNOWN plumbing, etc. issues and not TECHNI

This is a very respectful hotel from the measurement to the front desk. Everything was great. Nice clean rooms now which has everything that you need to cook dinner keep things fresh in the refrigerator bathroom has shampoo body wash it’s very very nice. Miss Victoria is the perfect manager for this location. I think she needs a raise and they’re nice and peaceful. Also, the front desk is all point to God be the glory for a great location

My stay at Candlewood Suites Annapolis was very nice and quite. I loved my suite it was very clean and well supplied for my stay. Check out time I had a nasty/ nice lady. Attitude for no reason. I would visit again because of cleanliness and quietness.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room comfortable. I was able to manage the temperature easily and it did not get too hot or too cold at any point. The room had nice amenities including a coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, dishes and dishwasher. There was an iron and ironing board as well. The room and bathroom were very clean. I also used the fitness center. Many times I have gone to hotels and the equipment is a disaster. This fitness center had very nice cardio equipment and free weights.

I drove an hour and a half from Millsboro, DE to bring my dog for surgery. I needed a place to stay while she was under, and possibly overnight. Unfortunately, my pups prognosis was not good, so my stay was extremely short. Victoria, at the front was very pleasant and informative. The room was clean and accommodating. Two issues I can say are: You have to pay for parking; and In order to watch TV you have to cast from your phone.
