Camp Eddy

I spent two months in an RV site at Camp Eddy and had a great experience. The RV park itself is clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk is as helpful and friendly as they come. The location is fantastic: close to downtown and steps away from a large rec path network. The laundry facilities were clean and easy to use and there are six individual bathroom/shower stalls that are clean and spacious as well. I looked into a few other options around Grand Junction and Camp Eddy was by far the superior option. Highly recommend.

The cook top wasn't lighting. Apparently, the gas was not turned on before we arrived and we weren't given instructions we needed to reach behind the refrigerator to turn on the supply line. I'm glad my husband knows a thing or two about that. |The door lock stopped working. We went out the first night to watch the full moon and couldn't get back in. We let it settle, hoping it would reset, but it didn't. We slept in our 4 runner and went to the office the next morning. The guy at the counter said they've been having a problem with that at this site. He gave us a key. |The AC didn't keeping up in the daytime. After our outings 87° was the coldest it would get. The property was quiet, clean, and well kept. We stayed in a tiny home in early January … it was clean, well stocked, well lit, warm, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved being near the water and appreciated the walking/bike path and park adjacent to the property. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. *Just a heads up … you may hear a train whistle throughout the night.

Great place to stay to explore western Colorado. Clean, location is lovely and facilities were great.

Great family and dog, friendly, unique lodging on the river in Grand Junction. The tiny houses are great if you don’t want to share walls with someone like you do in a hotel. The air streams are fun and well decorated. The dog park is a huge benefit when you’re traveling. There’s a walking path that stretches for miles right out the back door.
