Cambria Hotel Milwaukee Downtown

Good - Location and ease of parking great. Room, not my style but very well arranged and great use of space for the Kingsize bedroom. My sister was in two queen room. It was bigger but felt smaller. Bad - no free breakfast - we came for wedding and all had to go to a restaurant for breakfast. Would have really loved for much more casual hangout in the lounge like other Choice hotels. Also could not get more than a slightly warm shower even when turning the know different directions and letting it run a long time. In fact, at end of my only warm shower it suddenly went very cold. Thirdly, there are 5 USB ports and none worked. I'd read each room had multiple so didn't bring a charger adapter. Lastly, and this is true for most hotels, why can't the lights be brighter near a mirror fo

Positive: Pretty Nice Room!. Loved the work desk & the bloothgooth mirrir, amazing Negative: Room was cold when we got in there, the took over an hour to heat up & i dont like sleepin in beds were the mattress dips in, in the middle. Had to try and stay on the edge of the matress.

Every employee at this location was kind and welcoming. They really go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Plenty of room to work. The layout is thoughtful. Order off menu instead of buffet. Cons: a little noisy since rooms are not carpeted and are large but worth it for the space

I wanted to give a special shoutout to Tonny at the front desk. Tonny was professional, very well-mannered and, extremely well-dressed. Not only was he kind and welcoming, but he also took the time to help answer some travel questions I had, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in helping guests the way he did. Thank you, Tonny, for going the extra mile and making my experience better. My husband and I decided to stay in Milwaukee last minute and it was after 1:30am. We called Cambria Hotel and helped us to book a room without issues. The price was reasonable and location was great. The check-in was good and fast. Parking is available with an extra charge. The room as great and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no ice machine working or vending machines to buy water unless you went to the lobby. The only think we didn't like was that the bathroom was not cleaned properly, as the toilet had feaces spots around the inside of toilet and toilet seat. We would recommend highly that the hotel management make sure the proper cleaning of rooms.
