We had never been to Galveston before and were not familiar at all with the area. Upon arrival, the staff immediately made us feel welcome! Any questions we had, they answered. If we needed anything they accommodated us if they were able or directed us in the right direction. Always smiling, welcoming and friendly! Gina and her staff are an asset to this property! I've never met another staff more intent on making your stay the very best!

Great location and friendly efficient service. Our room was good sized and well kept. The bed was comfortable and the view was incredible.
