Was going on a trip with my family to Idaho, and I was looking for places to bring my trailer to park and stay a night at. I look at reviews of places to help me decide, and I saw all these bad reviews and the backlash narcissist comments from the owner that doesn't seem to care about customer service, professionalism, or being nice at all. They're blaming occupants for issues at the place and not taking accountability. And the location isn't safe for children with it being right against the highway. I would give 0 stars if I could. Will not recommend to anybody, and definitely won't treat this place like it exists
While it is a nice park, watch your reservation closely. Had reserved a 30/50 amp site, and paid in full. It was changed to a 30 amp site without notifying me. When I called to have it changed back, they charged me an additional $82.87 for the 50 amp site. Although the reservation in Campspot shows a refund is due, it has not been received. They also do not respond to emails or their contact info on the web page.
DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOURS AND YOUR FAMILIES SAFETY! Aubrey Simon and Kerri Simon are ruthless, rude, discriminatory, angry at everybody, and love to play victim and blame everybody else and takes no responsibility for anything. They can't maintain or clean the property. And Aubrey Simon, the manager, is violent. He physically attacked me for me telling him he's not allowed to touch the things I own without my permission. I was punched 7 times, my face is bruised and cops are called. 02/21/26, I'm hospitalized as I'm texting this.
I hate writing a less than ideal review when my the communication I had before went well, but we were really disappointed with the teepee. We pulled in and were surprised to discover there is only 1 of the 3 teepee's as shown in the photos online. That wasn't a problem, just a surprise. But when we walked inside the teepee, I was upset because it was filthy. The ground was covered in both pet and people hair, as were the cots, and there was a full diaper in the garbage can. There was a fan which was nice, but there were string lights with no connector to plug them in. My son had a blast and thought it was great, but Im thankful were only there one night. The picnic table outside is broken and the showers weren't the cleanest (but definitely the worst I've seen). It would be helpful for a
We stayed for four nights just before Labor Day at Burns RV Park on our way to Idaho. It’s the only campground along Highway 20 between Bend and the Idaho border. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and our site (53) was spacious, sunny, and comfortable. There were lots of quail running around the campground, which was a nice touch. While the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning, the park itself has a charming, rustic vibe—reminding me of an old KOA. It’s quiet, simple, and overall met all our needs.
