Americas Best Value Inn Burns

Located on Hwy 20 west of downtown, access was easy. A friendly check-in included two restaurant recommendations. Both were spot on for good food/service. A first floor pet room near the rear and a very large pet area was very clean and well appointed. The outside entrance was nice with the pet. The room was a typical smaller motel space, but had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable space that was unusually quiet all night long. Overall, the one night's cost was lower than what we had experienced for similar quality and seemed to be a good value. The free breakfast space is quite small and so we planned to eat elsewhere. All in all, for a quick overnight it was just perfect and we would stay there again if back in Burns.

Beds were both horrible. Mattresses were obviously very old. Weather strip around the door was ripped and cold weather blew in all day and night. Refrigerator kept screaming at all hours and wouldn not keep cold so we unplugged it. The front reception was great! Coffee and continental breakfast were great as well.

Stayed here for a couple of weeks while working. Good location, good rooms, great water temps and pressure, comfortable bedding. Rooms cleaned very well. Coffee and breakfast available every morning, and early morning at that. Hot tub was nice too.

Excellent breakfast. The hot tub and pool were in good working order. Four pillows on the bed. Nightstand on both sides of the bed. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

This place had everything we want in a hotel. Clean, nice hot tub, plenty of pillows, generous breakfast. It was quiet, too.
