I’ve been here for a few months and it’s okay. It’s not the other guest that are the issue. The people in management do some shady stuff. Mandy in the front office is the only one with any customer service experience. She’s polite, respectful. But everybody else especially management are rude and consistently act like you are bugging them. They clearly don’t want to work here. The property does have two security guards. The Hispanic gentleman is cool. Kids like talking to him and he’s nice. Now they also have a white older guy who is not cool. He walks around in his little vest and he’s really just on a power trip. I have been here for three months and while there is a lot of truth to most of the reviews that I have read about this place a lot of it is untrue. I can only guess that this is in part to the way that the management treats guests. The staff and maintenance people are very respectful and friendly but the two managers are very rude and should be in a different line of work. When I first arrived I found out that my room which I had reserved two weeks in advance and verified with the manager the day before had been rented. If it had not been for the help of one young man who worked there at the time (who is unfortunately no longer working here) I would have been homeless. This place isn't bad. There's pest control on site regularly, courtesy patrol, landscapers also come regularly to keep the grounds clean. We had no issues with our unit, maybe one roach but thats to be expected from an older building. Check in was easy and quick. Overall not a bad experience!

I paid a little over $1,500 for one month here and I can't even get working Wi-Fi that was offered to me for free for the first month. I have to stand in front of somebody else's door to use the Wi-Fi to write this review. I've called and reported it twice this is my second week here and nothing has happened. If I can't even get working Wi-Fi why would I even stay a second month here when I would have to pay for the Wi-Fi.

Me and my wife stayed here when we moved out we took pictures of everything the only thing we forgot was our personal vacuum and when we left they said we were keeping the deposit because you left heavy equipment behind and they had the nerves to mention the carpet when clearly the unit we were in had a bunch of worn stuff in it already and not only that we bought roach spray the whole time we were there for the few months and we lost out on so much food and we had to throw so much clothes and furniture we brought because of the roaches you cannot control them and these people have the nerve to want to keep your money I would not come here again and do not recommend anybody who cares about yourself to come over here these people will be quick to lock you out even if you've been there month
