Honestly I wanna say that budget suites is really Honestly is a great place. There best quality is the way they communicate, there constantly friendly, and understanding, I personally feel like they have an amazing staffing. I have no complaints, good location Honestly, I thank them for everything they've done for me. The manger is really surprisingly understanding and perfessional, if your honest she'll help, Honesty is the key and I personally am happy how well she takes care of her staff as well. I would recommend this place for long-term or short

My husband and I recently relocated here from Atlanta June 2014 and were staying with friends in Mesa until we could get situated. Six weeks later, they suddenly relocated to Texas due to health reasons leaving us scrambling to find a suitable place to live on such short notice. Still not fully knowing our way around, we decided to look for an extended stay in Mesa since we were more familiar with the area than Phoenix. We found Budget Suites of America on Dobson Rd which was just down the street from Banner Desert Hospital (where both of us had to go to since arriving) and various other doctor appointments in the Mesa/Gilbert area.||||Apparently this location is very popular as we were fortunate to get the VERY LAST room! I been here since March and it has been good the rooms are decent and homey. I do appreciate Matt the owner and all that he does he really tries his best to take care of things right away. He has Good customer service and the front desk workers are great too!

Absolutely horrible customer service and the Rooms are so outdated and expensive. It is not worth the price that are asking. My appliances didn’t work I called maintenance 3 times to fix my over and everything like it was never fixed. I would recommend going anywhere but this place. The manager was absolutely no help either. Watch out for the bugs too.

I liked it. Studios, 1bdrns,2brooms. Move in was $1700 w all their deposits and extra charges. Its not worth $1700 for 2 weeks and then close to $800 every 2 weeks.. Had a nice pool and laundry room. Very anal if you step on the grass. Pretty quiet , at least in my building. No breaks for anything. And charge for absolutely everything from the TV microwave and the old wood flooring. $100 for my two small dogs every 2 Weeks.
