I'm actually enjoying staying here. The management and staff are super efficient, courteous and professional. I actually love this extended stay,; it's been my home for almost 3 years. The people here mind their own busines and are super respectful of your space and property. Everyone here pull their weight and earn their keep..... Crime is extremely sparse. Grand Prairie Police Department are doing an excellent job keeping our community safe. If there is a crime it's usually from outsiders coming way from Collin County.... Go figure!

Drive thru this property and you will see trash everywhere, feral cats, dogs unleashed allowed to poop anywhere and not pick it up. Abandoned vehicles, tenants park over lines, in walking spots, behind parked vehicles. The manager of this location is a softy do not hold anyone accountable. Paid more attention to the property then outside smoking this place could be a lot better. If you report any of these violation he will agree with you but he is No Action manager. There are $50 fine poop signs posted throughout the property but I guarantee they have never charged anyone. All this poop all the ground. Why don't they let the woman in the office who handles business best that can with what they have take charge I bet they would not allow tenants run this property to the ground.

I been here for yearsssss and never have had any problems with the place . Staff is friendly and service is wonderful . Just pay ya rent and keep your self then everything will be fine here

We have a mice and we been telling them for a month now to come get it . We tried everything but still haven’t gotten it ourself because of how lil it is and fast . It’s also eating the goddamn walls away . I would not recommend and I’m really considering leaving because this is unacceptable. NOT A KID FRIENDLY PLACE .

Rented for 7 week the manager Kenneth needs to learn respect when talking to people or be replaced roaches parking was impossible plus Kenneth tried to tow my truck that had there sticker they give when I finally got it in.a good parking spot close to my room said that the vehicle was in moble this is a 2016 f250 tags good not beat up or anything get in go to Cali and back and I went to office to talk to him about this and he was very rude then tried to tell me it was because there was boxes in the bed of my truck and was a fire risk please anyone looking to stay in place like this try another branch with that guy here you won't have a pleasant time and hopefully budget suites will replace that man
