Budget Suites

This place was a big disappointment. The rooms were very old and run down. The beds were like pull out beds. Not very sturdy. Definitely not like the normal ones you see in motels and hotels. This motel is not like what it used to be. It has become more of a CHEAP extended stay motel with no security. That's the reason why I gave it a one-star.

Sucked.. bad trip bad company. But for what we paid and the life we were leading, what can you expect? One thing that stands out here, is the way they handle requests such as late check out,... 🙃👅

There is one lady there who I assume is the co-owner and she's very helpful and she's very nice everyone else don't seem to care if you were there or not I'm not sure about the weekly motel rental rules are but I never was offered to clean my room I was never offered clean towels I was never offered any of the toiletries or anything that goes with it. I was locked out of my room for 3 hours because one employee was upset that I was 5 minutes late getting back from the bank with my payment

Was in the room less than 5 minutes and saw 2 roaches. The owner proceeded to yell at me that there were no refunds. I explained to him I’ve managed hotels for 15 years and I promise him I’ll get my money back. He calmed down and gave me a full refund, but still insisted I’m wrong because I should have looked for roaches first. I don’t need fancy, I don’t even care if it’s dirty, I can mop the floor and clean the bathroom myself. But I don’t expect roaches.

This place charges you per person .it advertised $179 a week for a room but that's per person.what is that about.Went in the office never seen an employee just talk through a call box.
