Room was not very clean roaches All over, don't stay there if you can help it.

Always love a smoking room |B.u.t it was lots of roaches in the room lots |Trash in the a/c vent and those flat dirty pillows are sinful in Hindu religion |Bad order in the room |Rooms need to be pm and all fixtures need to be removed for there are roach families living under everything |The staff is nice and the location is great |Bring incense your own pillow Lysol wipes and a flashlight (rooms have poor lighting

Didn't sleep a wink bc I was up documenting the roach circus all night. Also took pictures of the Black mold in the urine scented bathroom. The front desk refused to give me the wifi code and made me walk to the office to get it. He literally "shooooed" me away and turned his back on me pretending to be on the phone. When I called to tell him about the bugs he said he was asleep.

Cockroaches all over my room. Room 228. The maid I think washed the towels without soap because although they didn't smell, the towels were dirty and stained. Our beds were only sometimes made and the stove didn't work. Found trash from the previous people in the drawers and fridge. The only good thing was the price.(400 cash a wk)

Considering the prices of hotels in prime locations and of the famous chains this hotel rates as a “ budget “price for the night. Tax included it was less than others beginning pre- tax price. Before committing the CASH payment I insisted on inspecting the inside of the room #128 , ground level in the newer two floor units. The desk Klerk opened the room for me .It was clean , no dust bunnies and NO bugs. TV, wifi, fridge, microwave, h&c water, ac . No complaints. I slept well. Had I been travelling with a companion the klerk would have supplied more towels on request. Nearly all rooms were occupied by industrial workers, lots of pickup trucks and lots of Spanish spoken and I had interesting conversations with several of those my neighbours.
