I stayed at this Budget Inn and had a good overall experience. The rooms are simple but clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient and quiet. One of the best parts is the $300 weekly rate for a 1-bed room, which makes this a great option for people who need affordable housing, are between places, have bad credit, or can’t afford an apartment right now. There’s no long lease or complicated process, which makes things much less stressful. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly weekly stay or a temporary place to live while getting back on your feet, this motel is a solid choice.

Positive: Had good water pressure . Negative: Old needed painting inside and out, doors were pealing veneer, not enough electrical outlets.

This is a fairly typical story, run down hotel 20-30 years old being limped along by an immigrant couple who don't have the money to fix it up. The husband showed me a couple of room before I found one that was okay... I saw one actually had the bathtub wall rusted clear through. A lot of duct tape on stuff -- but some of the second story rooms with 2 beds are in half way decent shape. My wife would NEVER stay at this hotel. Never. Its a 1 star, $35 a night fleabag. But with pleasant people and wifi. It is not my first choice -- I have stayed 5 places in Waco and it is my last choice of the 5 - but I slept okay there. The most comical thing is they have added TV, Microwave, a lamp and refrigerator to the room with only 2 plugs in the wall. You can have any 2 of the 4 things plugge

This place promises budget-friendly lodging but delivers an experience that can only be described as a masterclass in neglect and discomfort. From the moment you step into the gym sock stench lobby, the overwhelming stench of dampness and decay signals that this stay will be anything but pleasant. The rooms are a nightmare of maintenance failures. Black mold creeps along the corners of the walls, particularly in the bathroom, where it thrives in the damp, unventilated space. The drywall is crumbling, with visible patches of exposed insulation and jagged edges that suggest repairs were abandoned halfway through. The bathroom ceiling, a patchwork of unfinished drywall, looks like it might collapse at any moment, and a fine layer of construction dust coats every surface, from the chipped, pee

wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. The moment you walk in, the stench hits you like a punch in the face — a mix of poop, mold, and death. There’s actual human feces on the walls, bugs crawling out of the bathtub, and stains on the floor I don’t even want to identify.
