Budget Inn

At first I wont lie I was so scared to stay here based on outside appearance. But the man that came from behind the desk was so funny and so sweet and just amazing with his service. I got to the room and loved that it was a HARD DOOR with proper bottom covering of the door panel which meant! YOU GUESSED IT! NO BUGS! HOLY WOW! I am so amazed and the room is newly remodeled and has an AMAZING SMART TV! The rooms do NOT smell like smoke, fresh paint and updated technology as well as far as TV and ALARM systems and such. The comforters are a little outdated, but to be honest, hotel and resort/condo bedding is upwards of like $200 or more for bedding so I completely get that with being a small business! I haven't used their pool yet but I do intend to and am hoping we get to stay longer as this

All rooms have been renovated and are clean, comfortable, and quite nice. I stayed for almost two months and they are one of the few places that offer weekly rates. The managers are accommodating and even let me wash my personal laundry (for a small, reasonable fee) when I asked. I had no problem getting my deposit back and was told I was welcome to come back and stay anytime! There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat and there is public transportation less than 3 minute walk away...

Best Motel in Panama City! Ma and Pops place that is worth the money! Clean, no bugs, no bed bugs, service is easy to get(clean towels, new trash bags, toilet paper) pool is actually functional and clean! No kitchenette but fridge is clean and the owners let us use our grill! Bacon first thing in the morning is gooooood! We will be only staying here when we come back.

Room was clean, service was professional and location is close by anywhere you'd like to be. Appeared to be newly remodeled within the rooms. I would recommend this motel for sure compared to many other more expensive ones.

It's horrible uncomfortable rude unappreciative disrespectful try to keep my deposit. For a key they took from us. And I forgot they had three mattresses outside they were spring for bed bugs. pounds on your door 9 a.m. and say money or check out!!! Or where's my money or leave. Check out's at 10:00am
