Budget Inn Motel

Honestly for a lower in motel it was great. Being real it's not the best but for the price and for how quiet and how helpful staff is it was really great.

I have been in room a few hours. I understand it is a mom and pop owned business. Mom couldn't give us a remote to run the tv. Had to wait till dad woke up. Well its 830 we been since 6. No remote. This room was $85. We have moved fridge to be able to plug in. We had to plug in lights by beds. We had to turn on air. We asked for a light bulb for lights by bed and we're informed we had 5 on didn't more. Beds only have a sheet on mattress and a bedspread. And my bedspread has an autograph. Dad was here and was rude and not wanting to help us with remote. So here is my rant.. pictures will follow. I wouldn't do this normally. I have slept in dives but rudeness is intoletable.

Room was fairly clean. The service was OK location in the middle of the southside just off Roosevelt and south Cross. Too many rowdy people outside late at night.

The TV wasnt working, asked for a remote and was told that there wasn't a remote, the TV was a 1979 TV, There was enough dirt & dust there to fill in part of the red sea! We were instructed that we couldn't have visitors over and if we did that we will be charged 40$ per hour! The owner of the motel was really rude! Not to mention that this Budget Motel is infested with roaches & so we would check our bags for roaches after leaving it! In conclusion, A rude owner, being charged for visitors (Which people can't do that, but the owner wants to), A TV that sucks & everything else about the motel! I would definitely give this the lowest rating I would give out of any hotel or motel I've ever been to! If you plan on visiting this motel, I would cancel immediately and seek out a shelter because

Rooms need to be sound proof!!! The things I heard as a Catholic nun was very disturbing!!! She sounded demonic.. It would stop, then it would go. I couldn't even near my self pray!!! I hope & prat they are doing ok.
