Very nice since they did the update on their rooms. Also, have great weekly rates!!

Actually I have been to this facility twice.i think the navy base at Pensacola should look into this facility, but only after a few changes are made. Yes they offer daily rates that are fair for the area. Yes weekly rates too. One thing that irked me was the phone number to the front desk it self. It's not current. I have talked to the tenants: they are happy with the arrangement, so did not go to the office. The grounds are clean. The only major problem I had was the entrance and exit. It mandatory that you enter north and leave south due to the one way traffic pattern: you must turn right. It's not even marked on the wall in front of you by the city of Pensacola, so let any driver be aware of this at their level. I lived there with my children for 2 months. It has on site laundry(takes quarters), no housekeeping, but will switch your sheets if asked. No criminal activity, that I see. It has been repainted and some of the rooms are being redone. 5 stars for affordable housing in a pinch.

What's really inexpensive cleaning cozy

This was the cheapest in town! Very well managed but must stay a minimum of 5 days. Rooms are really nice and clean
